Signature Expression
Hibiscus Gin
Tasting Notes: Floral hibiscus on the nose with subtle citrus brightness. Smooth on the palate with a gentle peppery finish. Perfectly balanced — complex without being heavy.
Botanicals: Certified organic hibiscus, juniper, coriander, citrus peel, angelica root.
Best Enjoyed: In a classic G&T with hibiscus tonic and a lemon twist, or simply over ice.
Bold Expression
Apricot Ginger Gin
Tasting Notes: Warm apricot and fresh ginger hit first, layered over classic juniper. A spiced, fruit-forward gin with a long, warming finish that’s unlike anything else on the shelf.
Botanicals: Certified organic apricot, fresh ginger root, juniper, cardamom, lemon zest.
Best Enjoyed: With ginger beer and a slice of fresh apricot, or in an Aperol Spritz variation.
